As a New York City corporate event photographer, I get to capture some of the most unique experiences at some of the most unique places. Monday night I had the opportunity to capture a one-of-a-kind evening for a bank client at Peak, the private event space atop The Edge at Hudson Yards. With sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline 101 floors above the city, this dinner was an unforgettable mix of elegance, energy, and entertainment.

Throughout the night, I focused on documenting the guests’ great spirits, candid moments of conversation, and the excitement that filled the room. Two quick speeches set the tone, celebrating both the company’s achievements, future plans, and its people. Against the stunning floor-to-ceiling windows of Peak, I highlighted both the dynamic city views as much as possible and the event’s atmosphere.

After dinner, the evening shifted into a unique twist: casino night high above New York City. Guests enjoyed blackjack, poker, and roulette while networking in a lively, interactive environment. This combination of formal dinner and playful entertainment made the event a ton for guests (and this NYC Event Photographer).

As a NYC Proposal Photographer, I’ve captured countless proposals, but Rohil’s September early evening proposal was beautifully intimate.
