Julien planned to propose at sunset Friday evening on the Brooklyn Heights Promenade. A few minutes before he was planned to arrive he texted me they were running late. It didn’t matter because when he arrive we had the best sunset I had ever seen (this was the night before a whicked Nor’Easter)
