Celebrating With Family After the Proposal

The celebration didn’t end at Elizabeth Street Garden. After the surprise proposal, Alex and his partner joined their family at a restaurant for a party planned in their honor.

Photographing the celebration allowed me to document more than just the proposal itself. From family reactions and hugs to conversations, candid moments, and group photographs, the restaurant portion of the evening captured the excitement of everyone coming together to celebrate the newly engaged couple.
