Frank G. Zarb School of Business students prepare meals for the more than 90 residents of the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island. The Ronald McDonald House of Long Island and other Ronald McDonald Houses around the world, care for the families of chronically ill children. Their mission is to be a “home away from home”, as they provide not only the parents of the ill children, but siblings as well, with a temporary haven in a secure and comfortable environment among other families sharing a similar burden.
