The Clangers

The Clangers, a British stop-motion animated children's television series of short stories about a family of murine creatures who live on, and inside, a small moon-like planet is making a come back. We photographed a marketing-public relations day at the Manhattan Children Museum. The characters, who speak only in whistles, and eat green soup supplied by the Soup Dragon and blue string pudding, made the children giggle and laugh the whole day. The program allowed children to color, make their own Clanger character out of clay, and watch new episodes of the show.

Land Rovers were never known for their reliability, and now, 39 years after the Land Rover Series III was produced its reliability has not changed. Let me introduce the Land Rover Series III Lightweight. The truck, which is air-portable, meaning it was dropped from planes, is made to be assembled quickly and easily. Compared to it's sibling, the normal Series III, the lightweight is a toy. The driving experience consists of no creature comforts, and an engine and transmission that scream. The thing wants to kill you. This was our weapon of choice for Overlanding across the United States.
